1. Data Collected
We collect personal registration data (name, email, phone, farm location), livestock identifiers (tag numbers, species, breed), and continuous IoT telemetry (accelerometer indices, rumination timings, device temperatures, battery voltage).
2. AI Processing Boundaries
When you interact with the Vetra Intelligence Engine or Ask Vetra AI, only telemetry from your authorized farm is sent to the processing pipeline. We never mix or leak private herd metrics between independent farm accounts.
3. Cookies & Session Storage
We use strictly necessary HTTP-only session cookies to authenticate your farm login and remember your preferred regional language. No third-party tracking or behavioral advertising cookies are executed.
4. Data Retention & Right to Erasure
Farm managers may export complete telemetry logs at any time in CSV or PDF formats. You have the absolute right to purge all historical sensor data upon account termination.
