Primary Veterinary Disclaimer: Vetra AI is an IoT behavioral telemetry and decision-support tool. It is designed to highlight statistical anomalies in rumination, activity, and temperature compared to rolling historical baselines. Vetra AI does not provide formal medical diagnoses or prescribe pharmaceuticals. Always consult a qualified veterinary surgeon.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, deploying Vetra Smart Collars, or utilizing Vetra AI software services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Livestock Data & Ownership

You retain complete, exclusive ownership of your farm, animal census, and historical telemetry data. Vetra AI processes sensor packets strictly to deliver behavioral analytics, estrus prediction, and herd health alerts.

3. Hardware & Telemetry Transmission

Vetra wearable collars operate within the license-exempt Indian 865 - 867 MHz ISM band. Transmission ranges depend on local farm topography, canopy density, and gateway antenna height.

4. Account Cancellation & Data Purge

You may request account deletion at any time. Upon verified cancellation, all identifying herd records and collar associations are irreversibly removed from production databases.
